1 on 1 — Hockey event rankings

After watching a gold medal win by Team Canada at the 2015 World Juniors Championship, I started thinking that this could be my most favourite hockey event each year.  So where does that leave the other hockey programs that I like and how would I rank them?   Simply put,  if I could watch any existing hockey broadcast program on TV (or mobile device) on the same day, this is what the line-up would look like:   1.
